A Personal Journey to Fitness
Hi, I'm Paul, and I run Synergize Fit Hub. A few years back, I was in the same boat as many of you might be now. Stuck at a desk job for long hours, I felt exhausted, unmotivated, and worried about my health. I just wasn't feeling like myself anymore.
Years of working in football development roles had taken me away from the hands-on coaching I truly enjoyed. The long hours and lack of movement were tough. I realised I needed a change.
In 2017, I became a Personal Trainer and started Synergize Fit Hub. After spending years coaching football, including stints with The Cumberland FA and Carlisle United's Community Sports Trust, I wanted to channel my love for coaching into the health and fitness world.
Helping Others Transform
Since then, I've been helping individuals around Carlisle get fitter, stronger, and more confident. Watching people transform from feeling stuck to feeling strong is what keeps me going every day. It's incredibly rewarding to see someone take control of their health and well-being.
